You can wear it loose and peasant style or it will blouse when tucked. The sleeves are short but very very wide and there is an attached tie at the neckline. The skirt is stunning with an easy to wear elastic waist and a fabulous fullness to it. Part of that fullness is because of the wide pleat work that circles the skirt and is so subtle and executed so perfectly that you really notice it upon close inspection only.
